Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nishu DigiLearn platform at learn.nishu.digital, operated by Tessovate Technologies, Karnataka, India. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Course Enrolment and Access

• Free courses are accessible immediately upon enrolment
• Paid courses are accessible upon successful payment
• Course access is granted to the registered individual only — you may not share access
• We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue course content at any time
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all modules and assessments

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, PDFs, notes, quizzes and materials on our platform are the intellectual property of Nishu DigiLearn / Tessovate Technologies. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute our course materials
• Share downloaded PDFs or video links with non-enrolled users
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to download or record video content

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to hack, scrape or disrupt our platform
• Uploading malicious code or content
• Impersonating another user or Nishu DigiLearn staff
• Using automated tools to access the platform
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

7. Certificates

Certificates issued by Nishu DigiLearn are awarded upon genuine completion of course requirements. Any attempt to fraudulently obtain a certificate will result in immediate account termination and certificate revocation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid courses will be revoked without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes as a result of completing our courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nishu DigiLearn / Tessovate Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
