This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Nishu DigiLearn platform at learn.nishu.digital. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Use

You may use our platform to:

• Access and complete courses you are enrolled in
• Download course materials for personal study
• Take quizzes and assessments
• Download your earned certificates
• Contact us for support or queries

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use our platform to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Distribute, resell or sub-license course materials
• Record, screen-capture or redistribute video content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract course content programmatically
• Submit false information during registration or assessments
• Attempt to manipulate quiz results or fraudulently obtain a certificate
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Use automated bots, scrapers or crawlers on the platform
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Conduct phishing, spam or fraudulent activities

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit (enquiry forms, support messages) must not:

• Be defamatory, harassing or threatening
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses or harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Certificate Integrity

Our certificates carry a verifiable QR code. Any attempt to forge, alter or misrepresent a Nishu DigiLearn certificate is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• Use a strong, unique password for your account
• Log out from shared or public devices after use
• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Revocation of issued certificates
• No refund of paid course fees
• Legal action where applicable
