Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nishu DigiLearn, we are committed to providing quality education. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Courses

All free courses are available at no charge. No payment is involved and therefore no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Courses — Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• Technical issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our part, we will offer a full refund or course credit
• Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• The certificate has already been issued
• The request is based on change of mind after accessing course content
• Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service or AUP
• Offline batch fees once the batch has commenced

4. Offline Course Payments

For courses paid in cash or via offline UPI/bank transfer:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 7-10 business days
• Once an offline batch has commenced, fees are non-refundable

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

• Your registered email address
• Course name and date of purchase
• Payment reference / transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrolment at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please refer to the eligibility criteria above.

7. Course Modifications

If we significantly modify the content of a paid course after purchase, you may request a refund regardless of the time elapsed.
